Mediation Fees: $850 per party for half-day (3 hour) session / $1,950 per party for a full day session / $3,500 per party for a full day on Big Case Fridays.

Payment of the fee is due prior to the start of mediation.  Please make checks payable to “Law Office of John S. Rubin, PLLC.”  Taxpayer identification number is 41-2241277.  W9 is included with the mediation packet and available upon request.

Cancellations/Rescheduling. Should you need to cancel or reschedule mediation, please do so at least three (3) business days prior to the scheduled mediation to receive a full refund of the mediation fee.  Cancellations/Reschedules made within three (3) business days of the scheduled mediation will be charged a cancellation charge of one-half the total mediation fee, charged to the cancelling party (regardless of the reason for cancellation/reschedule).
